Introduce and implement processes to improve/maintain excellent customer service
Act as AeroTech’ s designated cabin crew, flying regularly/as required
Ensure that each customer receives a high degree of quality service; this will involve driving about
changes across the product including personnel,
Supervise all cabin service related activities in order to ensure a maximum of professional and
friendly passenger service.
Report on quality performance trends to Management including items which could affect business
performance
Research and propose enhanced service products and procedures in order to continually provide
quality in-flight service standards and procedures
