Services and Standards Manager

  • Introduce and implement processes to improve/maintain excellent customer service
  • Act as AeroTech’ s designated cabin crew, flying regularly/as required
  • Ensure that each customer receives a high degree of quality service; this will involve driving about
    changes across the product including personnel,
  • Supervise all cabin service related activities in order to ensure a maximum of professional and
    friendly passenger service.
  • Report on quality performance trends to Management including items which could affect business
  • Research and propose enhanced service products and procedures in order to continually provide
    quality in-flight service standards and procedures
