time:matters Welcomes New CEO Bernhard zur Strassen to Drive International Growth
Time-critical logistics firm time:matters has appointed Bernhard zur Strassen as its new managing director and chief executive.
He will take over the position at the Lufthansa Cargo-owned company on November 1, succeeding Alexander Kohnen, who left the company in April.
In his new role, he is tasked with driving international growth with customers, digitalisation and sustainability.
Zur Strassen began his logistics career at Lufthansa Cargo and then held several positions at Kühne+Nagel in Switzerland, England, and Luxembourg.
He subsequently oversaw the global transportation network and later managed the logistics and supply chain for an automotive industry supplier and most recently held the position of chief revenue officer at software company Shipsta.
