MODE Global Appoints Max Slivka as Chief Financial Officer to Drive Financial Operations
MODE Global, a leading third-party logistics (3PL) firm, is pleased to announce the appointment of Max Slivka as its new Chief Financial Officer. With more than a decade of experience in mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, and business transformations, Slivka is well-equipped to lead MODE Global’s financial operations and support the organization’s growth strategy.

Slivka holds a bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics from Northwestern University. Prior to joining MODE Global, he held private equity investing roles at York Capital Management and Pegasus Capital Advisors. Slivka started his career in investment banking at Citi.
