Crane Logistics leases distribution center in Netherlands

Crane Worldwide Logistics has leased another distribution center in the Netherlands.

The Houston-headquartered forwarder will lease a new distribution center measuring around 18,500 sq m at business park Majoppeveld-Zuid in Roosendaal.

The building consists of approx. 13,650 sq m of distribution space, 4,000 sq m of mezzanine floor and 850 sq m of office space.

The lease is on a long-term basis and represents the company’s fourth distribution centre in the Netherlands.

“The very recently completed distribution center was built by Valeres and meets all sustainability requirements that are common today, e.g. the building is fully electric,” according to advisor Industrial Real Estate Partners.
