Air Astana Group Hits Record 9M Passengers in 2024
Air Astana Group successfully implemented its strategy in 2024, delivering substantial growth and achieving record passenger numbers through effective yield management and cost control. The Group transported 9 million passengers across its two airline brands, nearly one million more than in 2023, driven by robust demand and ongoing capacity expansion.
Proactive capacity management delivered strong growth across both operating brands. As a result, total revenue and other income, excluding non-recurring items, increased by 12.4% to USD 1,308 million (FY 2023: USD 1,164 million).

The Board of Directors has proposed to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders ordinary and special dividends that, in total, amount to KZT 53.7 per one common share and KZT 214.8 per GDR (of four shares). This proposal is subject to approval at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, which is scheduled for no later than 31 May 2025.
