Jeffrey Musser retires as CEO of Expeditors

Expeditors International has announced that Jeffrey Musser will retire as President and CEO on April 1, 2025. Daniel Wall, currently President of Global Geographies, will succeed him.

Musser joined Expeditors at 16 and became CEO in 2014. Under his leadership, the company grew from

“Jeff has spent decades living and expressing the very best of the Expeditors culture,” said Bob Carlile, Chair of Expeditors’ Board of Directors. “Both Jeff and Dan have excelled at every level within our organization.”

Wall joined Expeditors in 1987 and has held multiple senior roles. “Dan is the best choice to succeed Jeff,” Carlile added. “He understands our business as well as anyone in the world today.”

Wall’s leadership will continue Expeditors’ legacy of growth and innovation. The company, headquartered in Bellevue, Washington, employs professionals in 172 district offices worldwide. Services include air and ocean freight forwarding, customs brokerage, and logistics solutions.
