The Lounge - Mohammed Husary
Executive President and Co-Founder of UAS
International Trip Support
Aviation has always been a big part of Mohammed Husary’s life even at an early age.
His father, Hisham, an aviation pioneer credited for being instrumental in developing civil aviation infrastructure in the Middle East instilled in him the passion for the industry, the value of hard work, goals and dreams, to get ahead in life.
Not surprisingly, by the time Husary reached his mid-20s, he has already set up his own business, the UAS International Trip Support, now considered a global company to watch with offices in Dubai, Africa, the US and elsewhere in the world.
“My partners and I began building UAS in my early twenties. I’ve always been passionate about aviation, something I inherited from my father, Hisham, who was an aviation pioneer and instrumental in the development of civil aviation infrastructure in the Middle East,” Husary shared with Air Cargo Update.
“As a global trip support solution provider, we at UAS are compelled by one thing – peace of mind for our clients. Since our establishment in 2000, our purpose has been to anticipate and serve the aviation industry’s constantly changing demands and to get people exactly where they want to be as quickly and safely as possible,” he added.
Armed with a Master’s degree in Science, Aviation, and an Executive Master’s in Business Administration, Husary, the executive president and co-founder of UAS International Trip Support, continues to lead his team to greater heights through formulating corporate strategy, global expansion and service sustainability.
“You have to dream big, work hard, and have good intentions. Your goals should be ambitious if you are to stand out and become a leader at what you do, and this has to be backed up with a massive commitment to hard work. Also, having excellent ethics and consistently expanding your knowledge are also hugely important if you want to get ahead in life,” he shared.
Despite his obvious success, Husary remains humble and continues to seek new knowledge any way he can.
For him, to be truly called a success, one must balance it with all other aspects in one’s life – health, family, relationships, among things.
“It’s my philosophy that success is comprehensive, not partial – business is only one aspect of your life. Therefore, in order to become successful in business, you need to be successful in all other aspects of your life – health, relationships, etc. Maintaining a healthy work-life balance is crucial,” he said.
