My Freighter and Aeromexico Expand Cargo Connectivity
My Freighter Airlines and Aeromexico have announced a strategic interline partnership aimed at enhancing cargo access and connectivity between Mexico and Central Asia. This collaboration, effective since April 2025, facilitates seamless cargo transfers and air freight solutions, marking a significant milestone in global cargo logistics.
The partnership grants My Freighter Airlines access to key Mexican cities, including Mexico City (MEX), Guadalajara (GDL), and Monterrey (MTY). In return, Aeromexico gains access to Tashkent (TAS) and My Freighter Airlines’ RFS trucking network across Central Asia.
In a LinkedIn announcement, My Freighter Airlines expressed enthusiasm for the partnership, stating, “As part of our shared vision to establish a modern Silk Road, this collaboration marks a major milestone in global cargo logistics. With Aeromexico’s extensive network and fleet of eight B787-8s and 14 B787-9 Dreamliners, and My Freighter Airlines’ growing fleet of seven B767-300BCFs plus a newly added B757-200F, we are unlocking new routes and greater efficiency for our customers around the world.”
The announcement further highlighted the potential of the joint venture, saying, “We’re excited for the opportunities this joint venture will bring – and proud to offer our clients smarter, faster, and broader air freight solutions.”
My Freighter Airlines, based in Uzbekistan, provides cargo air charter services in the Central Asian region, specializing in dangerous goods, perishables, and brokerage and certification. The airline’s fleet includes seven cargo aircraft, comprising six Boeing 767-300 passenger-to-freighter (P2F) aircraft and a recently added Boeing 757-200P2F.
In addition to cargo flights, My Freighter operates passenger flights under the brand ‘Centrum Air.’ The airline remains open to new collaborations and partnerships, as evidenced by its previous interline partnership with American Airlines, which expanded access to cargo networks across North America, the EU, and Central Asia.
This strategic alliance with Aeromexico is expected to enhance global cargo logistics, offering new routes and greater efficiency for customers worldwide.
